Case Studies
There have been a number of developments through Better Healthcare Closer to Home so far, which are making a real difference to how local people in Sutton and Merton get their healthcare. This includes the musculoskeletal centre in Sutton and teams of community matrons who see local people in their own homes.
In addition, we plan to help more local people to access the best possible health services closer to where they live, through the development of Local Care Centres and Intermediate Care services.
